Sea Salt, Honey + Cream Cold Brew

Makes 1 serving

 INGREDIENTS:

 For the cold brew (makes 4 servings):

 1 cup Wild + Well-Fed Organic Coffee Grounds

4 cups filtered water

For the salted cream:

1/4 cup raw cream

1/4 tsp sea salt

 For the Honey Simple Syrup:

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons warm/ hot water

How to make cold brew:

  1. Add 1 cup coffee grounds and 4 cups water to a large mason jar or pitcher
  2. Refrigerate for 12-48 hours
  3. Strain the coffee with a coffee filter or cheesecloth 

How to make Honey Simple Syrup:

Mix 2 tablespoons honey with 2 tablespoons warm water until honey is dissolved

INSTRUCTIONS:

 1. In a bowl make the salted cream by simply adding the raw cream and the salt and using a hand mixer/ frother until combined and slightly thickened, set aside 

2. Pour 1 cup of the cold brew coffee over ice in a glass, add the honey simple syrup and give it a stir with a straw or spoon. Then add the salted cream on top.

Enjoy!

***You will have left over cold brew to use again!
