At Wild + Well-Fed, we are committed to providing you with exceptional products and a delightful shopping experience. In the rare event that you encounter issues with your order, we have a straightforward return policy to address concerns related to product discrepancies or shipping problems.

If an order is placed in error, please contact Wild + Well-Fed at nfo@shopwildwellfed.com within SIX (6) hours to cancel shipment.  If the error on order or recurring subscription is not notified in 6 hours, we cannot guarantee cancelation. 

Product Discrepancies: If you receive a product that does not match what you ordered, or if there are any other issues with the items you receive, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work swiftly to rectify the situation.

Shipping Issues: In the unfortunate event that your order experiences shipping-related problems, such as damage during transit or non-delivery, please reach out to us promptly. 

Resolution Process: Upon contacting our customer support team, we will assess the situation and, if necessary, initiate the process of sending you a replacement product at no additional cost. Our goal is to ensure that you receive the Wild + Well-Fed products you ordered in optimal condition and in a timely manner.

Returns: To streamline the resolution process and make it as hassle-free as possible for our valued customers, there is no need to return the original products for issues related to product discrepancies or shipping problems.
