Order Changes & Cancellations

If an order is placed in error, please contact us at info@shopwildwellfed.com within 6 hours of placing your order.

While we will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has entered processing or fulfillment. This policy also applies to recurring subscription orders.

  • European Union (select countries)

Please note that due to local import regulations, certain products may not be available in every country. Product availability will automatically adjust based on your selected shipping destination while you browse our store.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

At checkout, you may choose from available USPS and UPS shipping options.

We also offer:

  • Free standard shipping on U.S. subscription orders over $30 USD
  • Free standard shipping on U.S. one-time orders over $125 USD

These free shipping offers apply only to orders shipped within the United States. International shipping rates are calculated separately at checkout.

International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and available shipping options.

Wild + Well-Fed partners with trusted international shipping providers to offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping to eligible countries. This means applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees are calculated and collected during checkout, helping ensure your package arrives without unexpected import charges upon delivery.

While we carefully comply with international import regulations, customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased products are permitted for personal import into their destination country.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Typical delivery estimates are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 5–12 business days
  • United Kingdom & European Union: 7–15 business days
  • Australia: 8–18 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery windows only. Delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

For international shipments, tracking updates may come from multiple shipping partners as your package progresses through customs and local delivery networks.
