Subscription & Payment Policy

At Wild + Well-Fed, we want subscribing to be simple and transparent. Please review how our subscriptions and payments work.

How Subscriptions Work

• Choose Subscribe & Save on an eligible product and pick a delivery frequency: monthly, every 2 months or every 3 months.
• Every subscription order is 10% off the regular price.
• Subscription orders of $30 USD or more ship free within the United States.
• Subscriptions are available only for orders shipped within the United States and are not available on wholesale (B2B) accounts.

Automatic Renewal and Billing

Your subscription renews automatically. When you subscribe, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method for each delivery, at the frequency you choose, until you cancel. Your first order is charged at checkout. Each following order is charged when it is processed, at the subscription price plus any applicable shipping and taxes.

Your payment details are stored securely by our payment and subscription providers.

Skipping, Pausing, Changing or Cancelling

There is no minimum number of orders. You can skip, pause, change or cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to your account (use the Manage Subscriptions link at the bottom of our website). To stop or change your next order, make the change before that order is processed. Orders that have already been processed follow our Return & Refund Policy.

Price Changes

If the price of your subscription changes, we will let you know by email before the new price applies to your next order.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Available options may vary at checkout.

Secure Transactions

All transactions on our website are encrypted using industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your personal and financial information during checkout.

Payment Authorization and Order Confirmation

When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the total order amount. After your order and payment are complete, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase, the total amount paid and your shipping information.

Currency

Orders shipped within the United States are charged in U.S. Dollars (USD). International orders may be shown and charged in your local currency at checkout.
