When Annika was visiting, I made us quick lattes one morning. Annika was hesitant to try it because since she had been sick she could not taste or smell coffee very well.
She had it and loved it! So now when she visits she asks if we can make “our latte” and it’s stuck ever since!
This is a quick, basic, nourishing favorite of ours that includes collagen, maple syrup and raw milk to keep our blood sugar regulated.
- 2 shots espresso made with Wild + Well-Fed Organic Coffee
- 1 cup raw milk
- 2 scoops collagen
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Add 2 shots of espresso to a mug, then add the collagen and maple syrup and whisk or use a hand held brother and top with frothed milk (you can use a whisk or hand frother).
