After running hundreds of testing on women. I have noticed a trend in the women that come back with perfect blood sugar markers...
It’s not the woman that is doing everything “right” by eliminating sugar, replacing it with sugar free alternatives, fasting, and certainly not the woman that is low carb, keto, or carnivore....
These are all the “text book” things doctors will tell you to do if you have insulin resistance.
The woman with perfect blood sugar is actually well fed and has the minerals (like magnesium) to actually utilize carbs well.
Blood labs will NEVER tell the full story, they will never tell you WHY and that is why I never offer them as a stand alone test.
You can have normal blood sugar and magnesium on blood tests but actually be in internal chaos.
Before your blood sugar issues ever show up on labs I can usually detect an issue in your tissues long before then.
And in most of my clients dealing with insulin resistance or diabetes - there’s usually one thing missing: magnesium.
Magnesium is the unsung hero of metabolic health and one of the first minerals to tank under stress.
It’s required for insulin to be produced, for glucose to get into your cells, and for carbs to be converted into usable energy.
But most women are magnesium deficient. And most never know it - because standard labs don’t catch it.
You can have “normal” serum magnesium and still be functionally depleted.
Here’s what happens when you are:
- Insulin can’t do its job
- Glucose can’t get into your cells
- You stay tired, inflamed, and craving sugar, and in hormonal chaos
- Cortisol stays high and blood sugar stays unstable
- You get labeled “insulin resistant” and told to cut more carbs
Sound familiar?
Magnesium deficiency is both a cause and consequence of insulin resistance.
And correcting it can be the first step toward true blood sugar balance - without the restrictive BS.

I have formulated my own magnesium after not being satisfied with what was on the market - the most absorbable, calming, and effective form for nervous system, hormone, and blood sugar support.
