Wholesale Guidelines

To maintain product quality and provide the best experience for all of our retail partners, our wholesale program currently operates under the following guidelines.

Eligibility

Wholesale accounts are available to qualified businesses, including:

  • Licensed healthcare practitioners
  • Nutrition professionals
  • Functional and integrative medicine practices
  • Wellness clinics
  • Health food stores
  • Specialty retailers
  • Other approved businesses

Applicants should be prepared to provide a valid business license, resale certificate, or other documentation as required in their state.

Ordering

  • Orders are currently placed directly through our team rather than an online wholesale portal.
  • Most products are sold by the case (typically 10–12 units per SKU, depending on the product).
  • Minimum order quantities apply.
  • Wholesale orders are processed by invoice to ensure accurate pricing, inventory availability, and personalized service.

Payment & Shipping

  • New wholesale accounts are generally invoiced prior to shipment.
  • Additional payment terms may be available for established wholesale partners.
  • Shipping charges are calculated based on order size and destination unless otherwise specified.

Product Resale

Wholesale pricing is intended for approved businesses purchasing products for resale or in-office dispensing.

To protect the integrity of the Wild + Well-Fed brand and support all of our retail partners, resale through third-party online marketplaces (including Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, and similar platforms) is not permitted without prior written approval.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, wholesale purchases are generally non-returnable except in cases of shipping damage or manufacturer defect.

Program Updates

Wholesale pricing, product availability, minimum order quantities, and program guidelines may be updated from time to time as our business continues to grow.
