Table with all recipe ingredients for creating a hydrating matcha limeaid

Hydrating Matcha Limeade

Skip the complicated electrolyte powders. Some of my favorite mineral-rich beverages are made with simple, whole-food ingredients that provide naturally occurring minerals alongside the other nutrients found in those foods.

This Hydrating Matcha Limeade combines coconut water, lime, raw honey, sea salt, and matcha for a refreshing mineral-rich drink that takes just a few minutes to make. The addition of coconut water provides natural potassium, an important mineral that supports hydration, adrenal function, and energy production.
